This will cover current trends of abuse and trafficking of narcotics in the region, including recent emerging trends of heroin, prescription drugs, synthetics such as K-2, bath salts, etc. It will also discuss use of state and federal laws that can effectively dismantle drug trafficking organizations that are common in this region.
